Terms of Use

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms are the rules for using Slot Hounds. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Slot Hounds.

Who runs Slot Hounds, and what is it?

Slot Hounds is operated by And Beyond Apps, LLC (“we” or “us”). It's an information site about which slot games are at which casinos in the Las Vegas area. Slot Hounds offers no gambling of any kind: you can't place bets, play games or win anything here. Our Disclosures explain who runs the site and how it stays independent, and our Privacy Policy explains what we keep about you.

Who can use Slot Hounds?

  • You must be 21 or older, or older if the law where you live requires it.
  • An account is for one person. Don't share it or let anyone else use it.
  • Keep your passkeys and recovery codes safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so tell us at contact@slothounds.com if you think someone else is using it.
  • We may refuse or change a username, including one that looks like a full name, pretends to be someone else, or is offensive.

Who owns what you contribute?

  • You keep ownership of the floor reports, photos and details you contribute.
  • By contributing, you give And Beyond Apps, LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to show, store, copy, adapt (for example resize or crop a photo, or remove its hidden information) and organize your contributions, on Slot Hounds and on its own future features, such as an app, an API or AI features. The service providers that help us run the site may handle your contributions only to do that for us. This license continues after you delete your account, with your name removed.
  • We never sell your photos, and we never license them to anyone else.
  • You promise that what you contribute is your own, honest, and something you saw in person, and that sharing it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

What are the rules?

  • Photos must show the machine, not people.
  • Follow the rules of the casino you're in, including its rules about taking photos.
  • Nothing false or misleading, no spam, no abuse, and no pretending to be someone else.
  • No full names, yours or anyone else's, and no other personal information about people.
  • Nothing about casino security or surveillance, and no “advantage play” tips or anything else meant to help beat or cheat a casino or a machine.
  • No scraping, bulk copying or mirroring of the site or its data, whether by hand or with automated tools.
  • Don't interfere with the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, get around its limits or create accounts automatically.
  • Don't use Slot Hounds for anything illegal.

What are the rules for spotting?

  • Spot only what you saw yourself.
  • Photos show the machine, never people, and you follow each casino's posted rules about photos.
  • Checking “This is everything here” means you looked at every machine in that section.
  • Badges have no cash value and can be removed if the spots behind them are.

What happens if someone breaks the rules?

We may remove or hide content, change a username, lower an account's trust level, or suspend or ban an account, with or without notice. Members can use “Report this” on photos, floor reports and usernames. To ask for something to be removed, email contact@slothounds.com.

How do copyright complaints work?

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Our designated agent for copyright notices can be reached at contact@slothounds.com. A notice must include:

  • your name, address, phone number and email address;
  • the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
  • where the material is on Slot Hounds (a link to the page or photo);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable the material and let the person who posted it know. If your contribution was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with: your name, address and phone number; what was removed and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you live outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice; and your physical or electronic signature. We close the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

What about YouTube?

Some features show public information from YouTube. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

Can I rely on the information?

Not without checking. Casinos move and replace games all the time, so information on Slot Hounds may be outdated, incomplete or wrong. Always check on the casino floor. Nothing on Slot Hounds is gambling, financial or legal advice.

Slot Hounds is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, And Beyond Apps, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Slot Hounds or relying on its information, including wasted trips, money or time.

Whose trademarks are these?

Game titles, manufacturer names, casino names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We use names only to identify games and places. That doesn't mean any owner sponsors or endorses Slot Hounds.

What if these terms change, and which law applies?

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we'll announce significant changes on the site. If you keep using Slot Hounds after a change, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or about Slot Hounds will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
